You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return, provided that the products meet the following conditions:

  • Condition: Products must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags and labels intact.
  • Exceptions: Some products may not be eligible for return for health, hygiene or customization reasons (for example, underwear, earrings or personalized items).

2. Returns

Once your return has been received and reviewed, we will notify you whether your return has been approved or denied.

  • Approved returns will be processed within 7-10 business days and credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.
  • Shipping charges are generally non-refundable, except in cases where the product is faulty or we have made a mistake in your order.

3. Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return procedure and place a new order for the item you want. This helps to ensure that the exchange is available and processed quickly.

4. Faulty or Wrong Products
